RETURNING OF GARMENTS
Garments can only be returned if faulty or incorrectly supplied. Please contact our customer service department for a return application form.
Note : Under no circumstance can we accept the return of any garments that have been decorated even if wrongly supplied. Please check all deliveries before decorating. Garments returned for any other reason must be prior to arrangements and will be subject to a 10% handling charge. Colours may fade depending on amount of washes.

NOTE
Colour shades and measurements are for guidance and can vary from the original. Dyelots: can vary from batch to batch. Vintage wash & Pigment products can vary in colour and measurements due to its unique process. Faded effect on the garment is part of the process.

VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
All adults garments are subject to VAT at the national rate at time of delivery.

SAMPLES
Sample garments can be supplied and will be charged at pack price plus postage. Bulk items may have to be sent through courier service.
